What are the Shipping Costs? We offer both Economy and Express shipping options.
Orders are processed for shipping within 1-2 days.
Economy Shipping (expected delivery within 3-8 business days) Free shipping for all orders valued at $75 or more in the US (after any applicable discounts and before taxes). This free shipping policy covers all orders within the continental United States, with the exception of Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories.
Express Shipping (delivery within 2 business days)
International Standard Shipping (delivery within 4-10 days) Please note that international orders may be subject to import taxes, custom duties, and additional fees upon arrival at the destination. The recipient could be accountable for these charges, which may differ from country to country.
Sales Tax Local taxes, if applicable, will be added to your order as required by law in NY and PA.
Returns All sales are final, no refunds. If the content of the order is incorrect or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. Books must have original protective packaging intact and be returned via mail. Digital merchandise including archival magazines are considered final sale.
Damage During Shipping If your order arrives with visible damage from shipping, we urge you to immediately report the issue to the delivery service and reach out to us without delay. Your prompt response assists us in lodging our claims against the shipping carrier and/or pursuing compensation through shipping insurance.
Changes to your order Please note: We cannot make any changes to your order after you have submitted it. If you need to update the shipping address or wish to change the books you have ordered, you will need to request a cancellation and order again. If the parcel has already been shipped and you need to change the shipping address, you will need to contact the local delivery company once the parcel has arrived in the country of delivery.
Pre-orders You can pre-order items that have an expected shipment date in the coming months. Our pre-orders offer savings to those first reserving them.
When purchasing a Pre-order you will be among the first to reserve the item, and be among the first to receive once in the warehouse and ready to ship.
Estimated shipping dates are indicated on the product detail page and may take several months, potentially arriving sooner or later than estimated.
Pre-order items ship as soon as they are available.
If a Pre-order item can no longer be fulfilled, the amount paid will be refunded using the original payment method
